Deborah Hersman of the US National Transportation Board (NTSB) has recently announced the updated `Ten Most Wanted List‘. Note that fatigue is sitting at #2 and SMS at #6.

i)        Promote pilot and air traffic controller professionalism

ii)        Address human fatigue

iii)        Promote teen driving safety

iv)        Improve general aviation safety

v)        Improve motorcycle safety

vi)        Require safety management systems

vii)        Improve runway safety

viii)        Address alcohol-impaired driving

ix)        Improve bus occupant safety

x)        Require image and onboard data recorders
