Meet Simon Wickes

Commercial Director

Simon has worked in the field of human and health sciences for 25 years. He began his career undertaking applied human performance research in aviation, rail and the military, where he represented the UK on a NATO Human Factors Panel on flight-related neck pain as well as published research in the field of biomechanics and exercise physiology. Simon has led human sciences, technology and engineering businesses across healthtech, software and communication systems. He led multinational business development teams and new product development teams. He has been involved in founding or supporting several technology startups. Simon has advised the NHS, government departments and multinational companies on strategy and commercialisation. Simon co-founded the Healthcare Fatigue Forum and is a board member of the FRMS Forum. He holds a BSc from the University of Birmingham, a Masters from the University of Surrey and a MBA from Henley Business School.
